In the mountains and against the extreme elements, nestle nine new luxury cottages within the existing forest of the historic resort – while leaving the environment as undisturbed as possible, to preserve the mission of the Mary Moody Northen Foundation, owner of the property.
Collaborate with the architect to construct cottages that blend into the forest. Assist with creating a natural-looking landscape. Build the cottages on concrete pilings to allow both water and animals to run free. Bury utility lines underground and out of sight. Construct in 18 months for a grand opening during the height of fall foliage.
