Enlarge the waiting room. Rework the reception area, adding a new insurance transaction window for patient privacy. And renovate several back spaces to provide comfortable places for staff to work and rest. And the real trick: do it all on time and on budget—without disrupting a very busy practice. This is one job where it wasn’t what we built, but how we built it.
