Valley Bank in Grandin Village was ready to expand into their newly acquired 3,300 square foot building two doors down on Grandin Road. Although the building had previously housed a bank, it was in poor condition, very dated and long overdue for an extensive overhaul.
With architectural plans by Rife Wood and an interior design plan by Donna Miles and Associates, Building Specialists was ready to start the process of the total build out to this warm and inviting new location. The new design called for open space, glass enclosed offices, an additional drive thru teller line and a new entrance with an ATM. The plan not only included accommodating the bank's needs, but also offered a community room for local businesses, organizations and residents to utilize.
