Renovate the office space of Roanoke’s largest law firm—in the city’s premier address, the Wachovia tower—to accommodate growth. The real challenge: the firm will continue to occupy the 35,000 SF of high-rise real estate throughout the project.

Our high-rise renovation experience served us well here, and helped overcome the challenges of access, laydown and debris removal in an occupied space and tight urban environment. The firm turned over portions of the three floors, in four phases, during the project. Demolition, new construction and finishes were completed next to occupied spaces, without disruption of day-to-day activities, within budget and without missing a deadline.
