Anne Lee Stevens, a local realtor with Coldwell Banker Townside, came home from vacation on a Sunday evening, to find the ceiling in her master bedroom had collapsed. There was debris all over the room and no obvious reason for this to have occurred.
As a former client, Anne Lee knew to immediately call, Bob Fetzer, President of Building Specialists (BSI). Within an hour BSI had four people cleaning up the debris and starting the communications with the insurance company. It was determined, through inspection, that other ceiling throughout the home where also in danger of sudden collapse. BSI replaced the ceilings in the master bedroom and guest bedroom and secured the ceiling in the family room.
