David’s responsibilities as Project Manager on the Building Specialists team include updating and managing the schedule for on-time performance and cost control. He coordinates all parties on the job and will keep all continually informed. His communications will be sent electronically as well as site photography, electronically, on a weekly basis. David’s goal is to complete each project on time and within budget while demanding quality as defined by the client’s plans, specifications and needs. David has worked in the construction field for companies such as J.M. Turner and R.L. Price Construction. He also worked with the Roanoke Times as Facilities Manager. With over thirty years of experience in the commercial construction industry, he is an integral team member of BSI. His experience is diverse, having managed large projects ranging from education, healthcare, retail and the financial industry. David a Virginia Polytechnic Institute graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science.
