Mrs. Caldwell serves as a Project Manager for the Building Specialists team. She possesses a Bachelors degree in Construction Science and Management, with a minor in Business Administration, from Clemson University. With over ten years of experience in the residential and commercial construction industry, she is an integral team member of BSI. Her experience is diverse, having managed projects from new residential construction to renovations of existing homes, as well as commercial experience ranging from retail, tenant upfits, and school additions. Having held positions in the field ranging from laborer to superintendent, as well as Director of Purchasing and Project Manager, Mrs. Caldwell is prepared to oversee any of our residential or commercial projects.
