Retail Renovation Construction In Roanoke, VA.

Situation:

A local Roanoke couple approached BSI to build out their Flip Flop Shop franchise to be located in Valley View Mall. The project would encompass demo of a former jewelry retailer. The timeline of this project was extremely short, allowing only for five to six weeks to complete.

Solution:

BSI worked on all demo to prepare the space for upfit. BSI coordinated with Flip Flop Shop’s dedicated supplier to insure the brand design specifications were met. Because of the fast track of this project, the superintendent self performed much of the work.
