Prior to this bathroom renovation, we had already completed finished attic and basement projects on this home. This time around, the biggest challenge was retrofitting a large unique tub into a typical bathroom. Because the client, a senior woman, liked the comfort of a whirpool tub but found these tubs hard to get in and out of, a large walk-in handicap tub was selected. Corian countertops were installed, and the existing tile reworked, to accommodate the new tub. A large window over the tub brings in plenty of sunlight.
