After renovations to her Smith Mountain Lake home in 2005, Dr. Templeton called Building Specialists once again in 2009 to turn her new Chateau Mont condominium into a contemporary open living space. The condo that was built in 1989 was extremely dated with a kitchen that was separated from the living area by a wall and door.
Working with a new design plan and in only five short weeks, BSI transformed this pink carpeted traditional condo into a bright open flowing space with ceramic tile throughout. The old wallpapered master bath became a spa like retreat, with floating cabinetry and a "Bamboo" porcelain tiled open shower with curved shower bench. The project included updating the kitchen and baths, enclosing a porch to create a reading nook, and installing a special dropped ceiling in the dining area to accommodate a cherished Holly Hunt candle chandelier.
