The Youngs wanted to make their small master bathroom—only four-by-ten feet—feel larger. And since it featured outdated black-and-white tiled floors, walls and shower, old painted cabinets and fixtures well past their prime, they felt it was high time for some upgrades.

Custom cabinets on either side of the toilet added storage space to the small room. New finishes and fixtures throughout brought things up to date. Marble countertops, glass vessel sink and glass waterfall faucet. Custom-curved functioning vanity with opening doors. New toilet. New tiled shower with glass tile accents. And it’s all finished off with softer, neutral modern colors and styling. There’s still not a lot of space, but what’s done with it makes all the difference.
