Retail Commercial Construction In Roanoke, VA.

Situation:

Foot Locker was relocating its existing retail space in Valley View Mall to a larger one, which would allow for updated interior branding.

Solution:

BSI teamed with Foot Locker’s contractor, located in New York, to complete all demolition and construction for the tenant upfit. BSI also teamed with Foot Locker’s subcontractors for casework and floor polishing. During the upfit process, a grease trap was discovered in the concrete floor and had to be removed. The project was on a fast track and was completed within the six-week timeframe.
