Situation:

Renovation of a 17,000 square foot warehouse into manufacturing and office space for a maker of prosthetic and orthotic devices—and the first tenant of Roanoke’s much anticipated biomedical business park.

Solution:

Clad the outside of the structure in stainless steel to make it highly visible from Jefferson Street and the expressway. Give it a high-tech look that fits in with the intent of the new biomed park. Add a 200-foot-long stainless steel ribbon to tie it all together. Excel Prosthetics unveil the renovations with an invitation-only event that receives wide media exposure and much public acclaim.
