Historic Church Renovation In Roanoke, VA.

Situation:

Christ Episcopal Church in Roanoke called on BSI, who had years earlier done work for them, to address water damage in their sanctuary and other areas around their historic church building. The roof had existing drainage issues and the gutters were not functioning properly causing extensive interior damage.

Solution:

BSI worked to uncover the issues and teaming with engineers, pin point and correct the areas of concern. Much work inside was needed to repair plaster, flooring and to protect the beautiful organ that is the center piece of the sanctuary. There were multiple projects associated with these water issues.
