Situation:

The homeowners purchased their home knowing there were improvements needed to make it the family home they had dreamed of. They love to entertain and wished for a more open concept with better flow. Their kitchen was dated and a large rock fireplace completely blocked the views and access to the outdoor living they wanted to create.

Solution:

BSI and architectural designer Monica Rokicki worked together to create a home full of open space and floor to ceiling windows exposing their lovely backyard. The kitchen, laundry room, master suite and front entrance were reconfigured and given a contemporary feel.
