Estimator

As Estimator, Jennifer offers a wealth of experience and knowledge with over 25 years in the construction industry. She is responsible for estimating commercial and residential projects as well as working closely with Owners and Architects on establishing budgets. Her work involves assembling lists of responsive and responsible subcontractors and vendors to provide competitive pricing, analyzing each submission for completeness and then, tabulating overall costs.

Jennifer’s goal is to understand and clarify the client’s expectations while demanding quality as defined by the architect’s plans and specifications while continually working to identify value engineered savings that are faithful to the design intent. Jennifer is a graduate of Clemson University with a BA in Construction Science and Management, plus a Minor in Business Administration. She is a crucial team member of BSI, is detail oriented and organized, which is vital in accomplishing on-time and on-budget construction project delivery.
