During a severe storm, wind toppled a large oak tree onto this Salem home. It caused extensive damage to the master bedroom and the living area below. Rain got in causing extensive damage throughout. (The weight of the tree hitting the home also caused structural damage.)
BSI was called to secure the home immediately to minimize further damage. The back of the home was rebuilt and drywall, floors, electrical, etc., had to be replaced. The homeowners decided to redesign the second floor master suite to accommodate a laundry area and more closets. The kitchen was expanded and opened up to the den. BSI worked with the insurance company for the owners to maximize their replacement coverage.
