Screened-In Porch addition in Roanoke City, VA.

Situation:

A beautiful home in the Grandin neighborhood of Roanoke included a small rear screened porch which matched the home, but was too small for peaceful afternoon naps and spacious furniture layout for guests.

Solution:

BSI carefully removed the existing structure from the rear of the home and created a new space which doubled the size of the porch but kept the existing look and feel of the original build.  The new porch was connected to the existing landscape with a new paver patio.
