Building Specialists, Inc. Assistant Project Manager/Estimator

Chris’s goal is to understand and clarify the client’s expectations on every project while demanding quality as defined by the architect’s plans and specifications. His focus is to assemble lists of responsive and responsible subcontractors and vendors to provide competitive pricing, while analyzing each submission for completeness and then, tabulating overall costs. With each project, Chris works to identify value engineered savings that are faithful to the design intent while allowing costs saving to our clients. He has a BA from UNC Greensboro and has been working in construction for over 30 years, this makes him an integral team member with diverse experience managing both residential and commercial projects.
