As your Project Manager, Darrell’s responsibilities include updating and managing the schedule for on-time performance and cost control. He coordinates all parties on the job and keeps everyone continually informed. Darrell’s goal is to understand and clarify the client’s expectations while demanding quality as defined by the architect’s plans and specifications. Having worked in construction for over 25 years, Darrell has knowledge of every aspect of construction and diverse experience having managed both residential and commercial projects.
