The Situation:

The premier truck and trailer sales and service facility in Roanoke Virginia had out grown its existing offices and counter service areas.  In order to match the high-level quality of their truck business, new work areas were desired for their employees and customers.

The Solution:

BSI carefully coordinated with Excel managers to provide renovations to multiple working areas without impacting customer service.  The project consisted of renovation to existing spaces and construction of new finished spaces in previously underutilized areas in multiple buildings.
