Home renovation and addition in Roanoke, VA.

Situation:

The Moyer family loved their home in Raleigh Court, however with two small children, they were ready for open concept living while keeping the charter of their 1930’s home.

Solution:

BSI teamed with architect Monica Rokicki to design and build a two story addition to house a new kitchen, den, pantry and powder room. We also added a master suite upstairs with French doors opening out to the back yard, a lovely bath with walk-in shower and lots of storage space. The children’s rooms were revised to offer larger closets too! Oh, we also renovated the old garage into a wonderful hang out space and guest room.
