Condominium Remodel in Roanoke, VA.

Situation:

After making renovations for resale to her existing condo in Hunting Hills, BSI was called on for a total renovation to her new South Roanoke condo. The kitchen and bathrooms were in need of updating and modifications were needed to make the living area more open space for better flow.

Solution:

BSI worked to demo her existing kitchen and laundry area to make way for custom cabinetry and a new lighting design. The master bath was gutted allowing for a new walk-in shower, vanity, counter tops, fixtures and wallpaper. The guest bathroom given a face life with a new vanity, wallpaper and fixtures. New hardwood floors were added throughout the home and the sunroom was updated to allow for year round enjoyment.
