Bathroom and outdoor living renovation in Roanoke City, VA.

Situation:

Building Specialists was called on in 1996 for major renovations to this 1920’s home in Raleigh Court. Fast forward to 2015, the Baumgardners relied on BSI again to renovate a bathroom and add some warmth to their existing screened in porch.

Solution:

The original hall bath was gutted down to the studs. The electrical, plumbing and fixtures were updated to modern standards, while keeping selections consistent with the feel of the older home. The families outdoor living space now features a beautiful new gas stone fireplace.
