VMI Cocke Hall

Commercial Pool Restoration in Lexington, VA.

Situation:

VMI Cocke Hall pool was in need of restoration. The pool was improperly built originally and over the years began to leak thousands of gallons of water.

Solution:

Building Specialists emptied the pool and made needed repairs to the surface which allowed for a pool liner to be installed. Also, in order for the pool to meet current pool construction standards, a guttering system was installed along with new piping and the addition of a water balancing tank to help eliminate wave action in the pool, especially during swimming tournaments.
