Bank of Botetourt (Cave Spring Branch)

Situation:

Building Specialists was awarded the project to up-fit an existing structure on the corner of 419 and Brambleton Avenue that would turn into a new branch for Bank of Botetourt. The building was a mix of several retail businesses and required complete interior demolition.

Solution:

Building Specialists and Hughes Associates Architects and Engineers teamed to design and renovate the existing, dated structure into a contemporary facility. The design called for an addition to house a lobby and a new drive thru window, while the original space was reconfigured to accommodate offices, meeting rooms, storage space and a break room.
